What happens if I run out of voice minutes?+
You pay per minute past your included allowance. The rate is $0.07 to $0.25 depending on your tier and which model stack the agent is using. If your inference budget runs out for the month, the agent quietly switches to a cheaper stack and keeps answering. Quality drops before service does.
Can I bring my own business phone number?+
Yes. The BYON add-on is $49 one-time. You bring your existing business phone number, you keep ownership of the line, and your provider bill stays with you. Works on any voice tier.
